NuCulture Original Recipe #2 — Grab some garden veggies and whip up this tasty treat featuring our incredible spreadable!
When vegetables are bountiful there’s nothing more earthy or inviting then a platter of fresh, grilled, healthy goodness.
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 package NuCulture Pimento Paprika Creamy Cashew Spread
We like marinating our veggies a bit before grilling and then we top with a schmear (yes, that’s a word!) of NuCulture Pimento Paprika Creamy Cashew Spread for an extra kick.
Marinade: combine the first four ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Choose an array of colorful vegetables. Clean and slice as you would serve them. Place in bowl with marinade and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinade for 1-2 hours. Grill on medium heat and arrange on a big platter. Season with salt and pepper. Top with NuCulture Pimento Paprika Creamy Cashew Spread and enjoy!
